Snowboarding and skiing is a fun activity to enjoy every winter. Local places like Holiday Valley and Peek’nPeak are both resorts for you to enjoy some time outside skiing and snowboarding. All of the local resorts all have lessons for beginners to learn and even lessons to teach new things to even the experienced skier and snowboarder. PIAA state basketball playoffs are closely approaching us very soon. But is another prep school going to win the title this year? For the last four years of my high school career, we have gone to playoffs and every year a prep school runs away with the state title. Including my freshman year when we had the experiencing to play a prep school who recently won a state championship and we ended up losing in double overtime by five points the team was Kennedy Catholic. Being a male cheerleader is probably one of the most interesting sports here at EHS. Apart from being around girls all the time, you get to learn a dance and stunt routine. There is winter cheerleading, where you cheer for the boys at their basketball games, and then there is competitive cheer, where you go to competitions and compete against other squads.
