Www.usatoday.com rated the top 40 gifts that everyone will be buying this holiday season. The Squire will list the top five off that list below and give you a slight description and price of each product so you can figure out whether it may be the perfect present for a special someone on your list.
- Roku Streaming Stick+: This little but amazing product will allow you to binge-watch your favorite shows on your TV instead of a computer screen. It is fast and offers full 4K and HDR for the ultimate binge-watching experience. You can purchase the Roku Streaming Stick on Amazon for $45.99
- Lodge Cast Iron Skillet: Anyone who is getting into cooking lately will surely appreciate a cast iron skillet. Why? Well, it is the cookware that can do it all. You can use it on the stovetop, in the oven, on the grill—you can even use it to cook over a campfire. You can find them at Walmart for a low price of $19.92.
- Disney+ Subscription: This app was last years hottest streaming service. They are continuing to release movies and tv shows. They also provide almost every Disney, Pixar, Star Wars, and Marvel movie. It sure would be a sweet gift for anyone who enjoys watching a large variety of movies. If this app interests you, you can simply purchase a subscription for $6.99 per month, or $69.99/year. You can also cancel your subscription at any time.
- Apple AirPods Pros: Last year, Apple AirPods were probably the most coveted products of the holiday season, but this year the upgraded AirPods Pro will be all the rage. They have been fitted with better sound, have incredible noise-cancellation, and are finally water-resistant. What more could your giftee want? You can buy AirPods at most department stores like Walmart and Target. You can also snag this great product at Best Buy. They sell the original Apple AirPods for $129.99, and the new Apple AirPods Pro for $219.99.
- Barefoot Dreams Blanket: This blanket is like no other. It is possibly the most this desired one on the market, with celebrities like Chrissy Teigen, The Kardashians, and Selena Gomez raving about them. The Squire also conducted a quick interview with Eisenhower High School senior, Lilee Renninger, to find out more about our students’ gift buying plans. We asked her for some advice when it comes to Christmas present shopping, and she shared, “To shop for the little things, even the little things would make someone’s present awesome.” Lilee’s favorite thing about Christmas shopping is getting to shop for her best friends because all of them are different. “Not everyone wants the same thing, so it is always an adventure trying to shop for them.” Meanwhile, her least favorite thing about Christmas shopping is how expensive everything can get.
