During the winter season, there is a chorus of coughs and sneezes. Kids are gone from school for days from the fever and flu, all because of the lack of sunlight or lack of activity from the winter season. I’ve even suffered from missing school from being sick. There are some ways to strengthen your immune system and prevent you from catching the flu, fever, or whatever making you not feel one hundred percent.
