Do you need help picking out a good Valentine’s Day gift? If you do, this is the perfect article for you. Valentine’s Day is a particularly important holiday for most couples, symbolizing love, and affection for your loved ones. So you must be able to give them a gift that they will love and appreciate.

As you might know, picking out a good Valentines’ Day gift for a loved one can be quite hard sometimes, but not to worry, The Squire is here to help.

The Squire interviewed sophomore Haley Kent with some Valentine’s Day questions to learn more about the ideal gift. Haley shared with The Squire what Valentine’s Day means to her, explaining “The holiday is about getting to spend time with loved ones and getting to see my boyfriend.”

When asked what her top five favorite things to get for Valentine’s Day are, she said, “Legos, flowers, Lego flowers, Stuffed animals, candy, and my honorable mention is Alexander Ryan Russell (in no particular order).” However, she said her favorite flowers are pink roses. The Squire asked her one last question, and it was what her favorite thing about Valentine’s Day is, and she replied, “Getting to see my boyfriend and spending time with him.” We would like to thank Haley Kent for her time and answering the questions we had for her.

The Squire also asked senior Bryceton Wilkins some questions involving Valentine’s Day. We asked him what Valentine’s Day means to him, and he said, “Valentine’s Day means getting closer with my girlfriend and having good time with her.” He went on to explain that some of his favorite gifts are, “Homemade gifts, candy, baked goods, and getting to spend time with my girlfriend.” We would also like to thank Bryceton for his time and giving us the answers to our questions.

Getting a significant other a thoughtful gift definitely is important, but it seems getting to spend time with loved ones means more than any gift. So even if you find that perfect gift, keep in mind that quality time is just as meaningful.
