He takes a lot of pride in his grades and school accomplishments, one of which is going on local television while competing in trivia for academic bowl. The Squire was able to get an interview with Lindell, in order to get to know him better
The Squire: What is your favorite part of doing e-sports?
Bowen Lindell: My favorite thing about e-sports is being able to spend time with my teammates playing games I love.
T.S.: What are some of your hobbies outside of school?
B.L.: Some hobbies I do outside of school include painting, wargaming, and reading.
T.S.: What was one of your favorite classes so far this year?
B.L.: My favorite class this year is my 3rd period study hall with Tydus Chase, Ben Blauser, and Michael Palmieri.
T.S.: What were your thoughts on switching Schools for your Senior Year?
B.L.: Originally, I was against changing schools, but as I’ve gone on this year, I’ve realized that I enjoyed the change more than I thought.
T.S.: Is there something that you wish you would have done in school but haven’t, like a sport or a class?
B.L.: Two things I wish I would’ve done would be hockey and a military class.
T.S.: Who inspires you the most?
B.L.: I think John F. Kennedy is who inspires me most. With the amount of stress and challenges he had to go through during office, I wish I could handle challenges like he did.
T.S. What is some advice you’d give to younger students?
B.L. Some advice I would give to younger students is to not put off work. I know we all do it, but it’s so much easier to get it done as soon as possible and to not be worried about it.
So now that you know a little more about Bowen Lindell, if you see him in the hallways say what’s up and give him a high five.
