Teacher Spotlight: Christmas Edition

By: Ross Venman

Christmas, the best time of the year, not only for the kids, but also for Christmas enthusiast and Eisenhower Physical Education teacher, Mr. Black. The Squire, and all of Eisenhower, would like to know more about what Mr. Black enjoys most about his Christmas break. One of our dashing young students from The Squire interviewed Mr. Black, and asked him some questions about his Christmas break.

The Squire: What are your plans over Christmas break?

Mr. Black: To go to wrestling practice and sled ride with my children.

TS: What is on your Christmas list this year?

KB: I really want a brand new ford f-150 truck, with four wheel drive, and a crew cab.

TS: In becoming the wrestling coach this year, how does the team look?

KB: The team is very young, but through experience they will be a good group in a couple years.

TS: Do you have any New Year’s resolutions? If so, what are they?

KB: I have no New Year’s Resolutions and am content with how I am.

TS: What will you miss most about school over Christmas break?

KB: Not much, but I will miss competitive sports gym.

TS: Thank you for your time.

As you can see, Mr. Black has some great plans for this coming Christmas break.  Hopefully his Christmas will be as exciting and fun filled as yours. The Squire hopes that you all have been good this year and will receive everything that is on your Christmas list. Remember over Christmas break to stay safe and to watch out for Santa and his reindeer. The Squire also wishes Mr. Black and the whole wrestling team to have a great season, and all of you to have a Merry Christmas!
