As winter sets in, the days are getting both shorter and colder, and, as the new year is coming around, getting outdoors and being active is getting harder and harder. Many regard winter as the best time of the year, because of holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. However, a very overlooked part of winter is all of the fun and exciting things to do outdoors in the snow and chilly weather.
As holiday cheer spreads through Eisenhower Middle High School, so do the holiday activities. Eisenhower Student Council prepared a variety of events for the students to participate in as a fun reward for Christmas break.
Christmas is just around the corner, and so is the New Year. New Year’s resolutions, which are usually goals or commitments someone sets to make in the new year, are a common tradition. However, the tradition comes with many challenges in completing a New Year’s resolution.
