Winter Sports Take Final Bows

     As winter sports wrap up, it’s time for playoffs. This year, the Eisenhower winter athletic programs have been very successful, whether they are on the court or on the mat. This winter, both girls and boys basketball have had winning records and made playoffs. Many wrestlers have also found success during the season and progressed to the next round.

Super Bowl Ads Entertain

     The 2025 Super Bowl played 57 national commercials throughout the game, including sponsorships from Doritos, Ram Trucks, and Taco Bell to Booking.com, Hexclad, and Sketchers. On average, it costs eight million dollars to play a thirty second ad during the Super Bowl, and the total time of national ads played during the Super Bowl was almost thirty minutes.

The Squire Promotes Eisenhower Clubs

     In light of the upcoming school merger, The Squire decided to promote the clubs at Eisenhower. As of the 2024-25 school year, Eisenhower currently has more than twelve clubs to participate in. Involved students, Carly Russell and Callan Gigliotti, were interviewed about their experiences so that readers can learn more about our club offerings.
